Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Contact Center Representative at Windfall, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, utilize computer systems and software, and collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in customer service, providing support, and resolving customer inquiries
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software and systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Montana geography is a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience working in the Montana tourism industry is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Compensaiton
- Wages based on customer service experience or related experience.
